Landhome builders was founded in the year 2008. Our impeccable reputation has been built on the strong foundations of good locations, quality construction ,timely delivery of projects and good after sales service. The resultant goodwill has helped us to launch 15 projects in various locations in TVM, Ernakulam, Kottayam. At Landhome , we also believe our responsibilities extend beyond business. Today, the company is a leader and a trendsetter in the construction industry, delivering custom-designed turnkey projects to government agencies, large corporations and private bodies.

The company started out work with a number of public sector projects such as the construction of Houses, Appartments Churchs and Buildings.

The next generation joined the business and it was marked by the successful completion of a string of projects in a select set of industries along with a number of housing projects.

Mr.Shine started out as a small contractor undertaking and supervising the construction systems.
